I added the red circles, otherwise the documents are exactly as I obtained them.. The house appears to be built on two lots. The price, $37,500 that appears on the "Property Records Details" is as it appeared when I downloaded it, it has since been changed. Paul Grimes, the unlicensed "architect" is listed as the architect on the permit. He is also listed as the heating contractor, pay particular attention to the phone number used. I'm surprised to see only 3 bedrooms in a 3500 sq. ft. home.
